Pamela delivers resilient and genuine leadership and shows compassion while never losing sight of the goal.

Working with MAC Cosmetics for 18years, she carries a myriad of leadership experience that led to her living in four states: Utah (born and raised), New York, Colorado, + California. This experience includes driving sales and strategy, talent recruitment and development, inspirational artistry and training, to leading the training efforts of 1000+ staff in the Northwest region. In 2013, Pamela started her own photography business and because of her passion for storytelling, she got on a plane to to document GSW's first trip to Paraguay which led to her leading our efforts today.

Contributing her success to leadership roles as a teen, Pamela is on a mission to create a pathway for young girls to have access to the same opportunities, regardless of the socio economic status they were born into. She believes in meeting people where they are at and finds value in every story, allowing space for each voice to be heard. She knows honest conversation, even when it is uncomfortable, is where change begins.

Fun fact: Pamela was a competitive speed skater as a child.

Beyond his professional achievements, he founded redM, a global pro bono movement leveraging professional skills to support women recovering from sex trafficking. He is a dedicated community leader and committed to empowering others.
